What we collect
Details you give us (name, email, background, message) — for example through our waitlist form, which is delivered to us by the form service formsubmit.co — and automatic data (IP address, browser, pages visited, cookies). Payments go through third-party providers; we never store card numbers.
Why we use it
To deliver courses, answer enquiries, process payments and certificates, improve the site and — only with your consent — send course updates.
Sharing and retention
We never sell personal data. We share it only with service providers bound by contract (hosting, payments, email, form delivery), keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above, and protect it with standard technical and organisational measures. Students under 18 should enrol through a parent or guardian.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data and withdraw consent at any time; EU users may complain to their supervisory authority. Email ganesh@agenticqa.io for any request.
